How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?
This may vary depending on the product you order. Our average shipping time is 5-8 business days, but some of our products are shipped directly from the factory, in which case they will arrive within 8-15 days.
How Can I Trust the Quality of the Products?
We are 100% confident in the quality of our models and the parts we use.
Many designs are submitted each week, but we don't publish them because either the assembly process doesn't meet our expectations or the required parts don't meet our quality standards.
The models you see on our website have been meticulously examined by both us and our partners, and as we stated, we are 100% confident in the quality of parts and installation experience they offer.
Do we assemble the products ourselves?
You assemble our products yourself from scratch. All necessary parts are included, including a few spares in case something gets stuck under the seat!
There is a missing part in my order, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that your model is missing parts, please email us at destek@leganoyuncak.com with the missing part and your order number. A member of our team will quickly arrange the parts so you can get back to your build as quickly as possible!
Can I request a model that is not on your site?
This year, we set a goal of releasing an average of one new model per day, and so far, we've stuck to that goal! Most of our models are released based on customer requests, so if you're looking for a specific model, let us know by contacting our team at leganoyuncak@gmail.com.
