"How long will it take for my order to arrive?"

Your orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Because we have over 1000 models on our website, some are still being shipped from the factory. In this case, delivery may take 1-3 weeks.

"How does shipping work?"

Our partner carriers are Hepsijet, Aras Cargo, and Sürat Cargo. Products from the factory are shipped to Türkiye with Hepsijet. But don't worry, we handle all customs procedures, and you won't be charged any extra fees.

"How do I return an item?"

"How long will it take to get a response to my message?"

We strive to maintain one of the fastest response times on the web. We consistently achieve our best results and typically respond to questions within 1-3 hours, but we can't always be perfect, so allow up to 24 hours—especially on weekends or holidays. We guarantee great customer support!
